Studio Guidelines

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

No pets allowed in the studio unless required for a specific scene.
- 🥤
Water and snacks are available on site to keep you energized during your session.
- 🚻
A powder room and restroom are available on site for your convenience.

Professional Studio Setup
Our studio is purpose-built for self-tapes: cinema-grade lighting, a high-resolution camera, clean neutral backdrops, and broadcast-quality audio so your tape looks as polished as a network production.
Flexible Scheduling
Life in Austin is busy. Choose 30 or 60-minute sessions and book at the times that work for you. We offer in-person studio sessions and Zoom options — perfect for out-of-town auditions.
Script & Sides Support
Upload your sides in advance and we'll be fully prepared when you arrive. Our team reviews your material so the session hits the ground running from moment one.
Fast Turnaround

When you book a session at ATX Self-Tape Studio, you're not just getting a camera and a backdrop — you're getting a trusted SAG-AFTRA union member reading opposite you. Brett brings years of on-set experience as a working actor, director, and filmmaker, giving you a real, responsive scene partner who understands exactly what casting directors are looking for.
Born in California and raised in Ohio, Brett graduated from Ohio University with a BA in Political Science and has since built an impressive film career across the United States. His work has screened at festivals in Australia, England, Ethiopia, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Wales, and throughout the US — including the Austin Spotlight Film Festival. Brett has also served as an official screener for the Austin Film Festival, giving him firsthand insight into what makes a submission — and a performance — stand out.
Brett currently teaches Film & Theater at the ZACH Theater in Austin.
